Bamboo Pavillion

The aim of the project was to use , bamboo as a material as bamboo construction methods as weaving and creating a mesmerizing / generative space .

Creative - To imagine bamboo weave as a nest.

The form is developed with the form of creating generative sense by expanding volume expanding volume that would create a sense of generation

Entering into the structure of bamboo weaved in a twirling pattern was also an attempt to create an mesmerizing effect

Bamboo being a modular element ,densifying a bundle of bamboo was used to gain the strength.

By lashing technique bamboo is known for its tensile strength and flexibility .The arch supports the geometry of the form.

Concrete is used to root the structure with metal rods .

Bolting bamboo as a joint for the arch.
